Do You Ship Worldwide?
Yes! We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. Please contact us if you feel you live in a rural location with limited delivery options.
Where Do My Items Come From?
Located in Toronto, Ontario, we are 100% Canadian. Our printers use water-based pigment inks, are non-hazardous, and non-toxic. The ink comes in innovative packaging which uses less plastic in replaceable pouches, so there is less waste and less impact on the environment. Our printers also use biodegradable inks, emit zero carbon dioxide emissions and perform a printing process without using water. The printed garment will sustain multiple washings and maintain its integrity for a long time. Out of stock items will be produced by our sister company in located in the US, shipping our prices will NOT be affected.
What Currency Do You Accept?
All of our prices are in Canadian dollar, currencies will be adjusted based on your location.
Are You Trusted and is my information secured on your network?
Absolutely! Yes, we are. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and have been SSL verified. Also, we have a secured safe checkout. When shopping with us all your information is secure. We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. After purchase, your credit card information will be purged.
How Long Will It Take My Items To Arrive?
Anywhere from 5 days to 14 days, depending on location. Merchandise is produced and then shipped from the facility 1-3 business days after production. Standard shipping/transit times apply (3-14 days for domestic and 7-20 days for international).
How Do I Cancel My Order?
If you need to cancel an order once placed, please contact us immediately within placing the order as we are unable to change the status of your order once it has entered production. Incorrect size or colours will result in not being refunded or cancelled.
What if I picked the wrong size or colour, can I change it?
Unfortunately, because on our automated process, any requests to change an order must be submitted before the item has entered production. Once an order has entered production, it is going to be printed and we are no longer able to edit the order.
How is shipping determined and what does it cost?
Shipping across Canada is absolutely free. US rate starts are based on Canada Post rates combined with the number products purchased. Please refer to your shopping cart for exact shipping rates.
Who pays the customs duties & taxes?
International shipments may incur customs fees depending on the country and their regulations. Any customs fees are to be paid to the appropriate customer.
